Eligibility
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.
Contact us at helpnightadvent@outlook.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll walk you through the process.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and NightAdvent does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, calendars that have been opened or have had any doors opened cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
